Founded in 1952 Bulgarkontrola S.A. is the first independent control company in Bulgaria in the field of testing, inspection and certification.

Accreditations, Notifications & Memberships

Accreditations and notifications of our services show that Bulgarkontrola S.A. not only deserves the trust of its clients, but that it performs its activities in the right way.

We are ISO 9001 certified for our inspection, testing and auditing services, as well as ISO 17020 accredited as a Type “A” Inspection Body (third party inspection services). The laboratory at Bulgarkontrola S.A. is accredited according to ISO 17025. Our product certification activities are accredited in compliance with ISO 17065.

Bulgarkontrola S.A. is a notified body by the European Commission (CE 1814), listed in the NANDO system, which complies with all the requirements for conformity assessment under the applicable Directives.

Our company has a Permit for conformity assessment of construction products issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, as well as a Permit from the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance for conformity assessment of elevators and their safety devices and a License for Technical Surveillance.

Bulgarkontrola S.A. is a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vienna Economic Forum.
